This honey is sometimes called whipped or spun honey. While all honey will crystallize in time, these crystals are larger and uneasy to spread. The honey we use for our creamed honey is carefully selected and used in a small batch process where we control the size of the crystal, making it easy to spread. Our flavored cream honeys are packed with real dried fruit and nuts with real natural extracts for your enjoyment. More than just a spread - some are great to soften and put on ice cream - use as a baste for baked ham or pork chops.
