Western Wisconsin's Finest Honey and Healthy Products From the Hive
Our honey comes from the
lush clover and wild flower fields around the dairy farms in beautiful St. Croix Valley of Western Wisconsin. We
use all modern stainless steel equipment in our processing facilities. We are careful to use the minimum amount
of temperature when heating our honey and use nylon strainers, not the high heat and pressure filtering used by
the big packers. By using the old method of small batch processing we can assure that the great health benefits
remain in the honey.
We are careful to gather our honey only at the peak of flavor and packed with
goodness.
